The spa is an area of relaxation and tranquillity. We ask you to respect other clients right to privacy and quiet.
If you have not been to us before, we request your arrival 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow introductions and completion of your consultation form
Bookings: All appointments need to be secured with a Visa/Mastercard
Cancellation Policy: Since we strive to produce such personal service to our clients, no shows and cancellations impact us significantly, therefore we have a strict cancellation policy;
• A full fee is charged to your credit card for a no show
• A 50% fee is charged to your credit card for cancellations made less than 24 hours
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment, however, your treatment will continue to incur the full charge. It is a courtesy to all our clientele that all treatments are completed as scheduled.
