Hiwinui Country Estate was established as a luxury boutique lodge, the spacious private lawns and gardens of the estate are a popular venue for weddings and other private special events, it is a perfect venue for a romantic hideaway, a special place for a honeymoon.

Featuring an extraordinary selection of indoor and outdoor settings Hiwinui Country Estate can accommodate smaller boutique type cocktail weddings with finger food within the main lodge, while for larger weddings a marquee can be erected on the spacious lawns.

Seating Arrangements At Hiwinui

• A seated intimate wedding for 30 can be formally seated in the dining room.
• A cocktail wedding for 55 can be held in the dining lounge area.
  
• A marquee is essential for a formal seated wedding over 30
  
• If a cocktail wedding exceeds 55 people a marquee is also essential.

• Use of lodge for bridal party to get ready from 9am for makeup and hair, with lunch provided.
