We are open and look forward to welcoming you under the COVID 19 Protection Framework Here you will find information relating to our procedures and policies for Covid-19. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please contact us on (06) 3292838. This is a dynamic page that is regularly updated to align with the latest Government information. For a full list of guidelines and government advice, please visit the Covid-19 website.

We are currently covered by the Covid-19 Protection Framework as part of the hospitality sector.

There is no requirement to wear a mask in the common areas, however you are welcome to wear one.

We encourage you to continue to keep your distance from people you are not familiar with.  This applies in the common areas such as the entrance, dining and lounge area.

We have made some changes to the way our rooms are set up, to ensure we are able to very effectively and carefully clean all surfaces. This means that our compendiums, pencils, papers and anything non-wipeable have been removed from your rooms.  We are more than happy to help you with planning your activities during your stay, in absence of the compendiums.
