What To Expect -

As you arrive, follow the signs down the driveway to the dedicated parking space.  A lime-stone pathway will guide you to where our Lakehouse retreat and hot pool is located.

Inside, you’ll find all the details for your experience ready and waiting.  Check-in is contactless, allowing you to step straight into relaxation without interruption.  Behind the scenes we remain discreetly on hand, ensuring everything is prepared with everything you will need.

Awaiting inside are plush towels, selection of refreshments and luxury touches so you can simply ESCAPE + SOAK + UNWIND.

Policies & Booking Guidelines -

• Bookings are limited to a maximum of two guests in the Lakehouse Retreat & Hot Tub.
• Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full experience.
• A gentle alert will sound as your session nears its end and again once your booking is complete.  To respect the next guests, we kindly ask that you depart promptly at the end of your session.
• Towels are provided for every guest.
• Guests with underlying medical conditions are encouraged to seek medical advice before using the spa pool.
• For safety reasons, Hot Pool use during pregnancy is not recommended as the water is heated to approximately 38.5°C. Read more about spas during pregnancy here. 
• To preserve the quiet restorative atmosphere, children under 12 are not permitted on site.
